We are Where To Now and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Where To Now and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

TRAVEL SERVICES:
Where To Now will provide customized itineraries based on the budget & preferences provided in the client's travel request. This can include flights, transfers, car rental, lodging, and tours, or cruises. The Travel Services/Planning fee is non-refundable, and non-transferable. Most proposals can be delivered via email within 72 hours; however, more complicated itineraries and large group trips can take up to 1 week.

CLIENT OBLIGATIONS:
Travelers are responsible for providing accurate information. Additionally, travelers are responsible for ensuring travel documents (i.e., passports and ID) are valid for their travel, and obtaining visas. when necessary. Where To Now will not be held liable for any incidents that result from inaccurate information provided by the traveler. You acknowledge responsibility for ensuring your physical and mental fitness for participation, informing the organizer of any medical or dietary needs, and securing travel insurance for medical emergencies, cancellations, and other risks. You also agree to respect local customs and adhere to local laws and safety practices.

BOOKING & PAYMENTS:
All bookings are subject to availability. Clients are required to make an initial deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due according to the agreed-upon payment schedule. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of the booking without refund. Payment terms, deposits, and any important deadlines will be outlined in the proposals. Timely payments are required, and failure to comply with any of these responsibilities may result in cancellation without a refund.

REFUND AND DEPOSIT POLICY:
Refunds are subject to the terms of our suppliers and may vary based on the type of service booked. These terms are provided in the proposals and the client is responsible for understanding the policy before securing reservations with payment.

PASSPORT AND FLIGHT INFORMATION:
All travelers are required to have a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months of remaining validity. Flights are NOT included in the pricing. If you would like your flights added, the deposit amount will be higher. Be sure to note if you would like flights included. In the case of purchasing flights separately, it is essential to submit all flight details by the specified deadline to facilitate airport transfers.

LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER:
Where To Now is not responsible for any losses, damages, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, travel restrictions, and government actions. Additionally, Where To Now is not responsible for any complications that may result in the Client providing inaccurate personal details needed to book travel, including but not limited to accurate names on ID/passport, date of birth, gender, etc.
